Our Requirements

Booking

A non-refundable deposit $30 is required to all appointments

Hair must be 4 inches (if not, please contact me before booking)

You should be 15 years old and up to book -please come with your hair properly washed, detangle & blow-dried

From root to end and FREE of Product

Hair is included for all braids-styles

Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, if not 50% is charged. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 75% of that service

You may reschedule at least 48hrs, if not a new deposit will be charged

Late policy

Please be on time. There is 10 minutes grace period. After that time, there will be a $20 late fee. After 20 minutes or more, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 75% of your service fee.

Refunds

Refunds won’t be provided.
